The EDP Resort France was planned for redevelopment and the Tennis Investor team was part of the management team evaluating the renovation and new market positioning of the location during the time frame from the 1st March 2023 to early March 2024.

The location is approximately 6 hours drive south of Paris, 3 hours north of Toulouse 3 hours east of Bordeaux, 5 hours southwest of Lyon. |

TennisEleven (11) indoor tennis clay courts are ready for immediate use. 3 outdoor tennis hard courts are being resurfaced in 2023. Further courts are currently under planing & development. For package deals, the court rental fees are included as part of Weekly or Monthly or Yearly Club membership. |
